Note on rental: minimum space rental is 3 hours where itemized pricing applies. Rental package starts at a 4-hour space rental with 2 additional hours for set-up and clean-up. $500-deposit for soft holding of the event date. 15%-discount on the rental rate for non-profit organizations.
